My name is Lagan and I am an assistant Garden Manager at Hiranyagarbha Yuga Ashram. I graduated from Bard College in 2021 with a degree in the Written Arts and am planning to return to school for an M.S. in Marketing.
As an assistant Garden Manager it is my duty to manage the garden's growth to provide vegetables for the HYA community, and to lead teams working in the garden. This is a great role for me as I enjoy growing plants, working on the earth, and spending time with others in the garden.
My favorite things to do at HYA are aiding others with spiritual growth, singing kirtans, having group meals, playing games and sports, doing outdoor activities, and going to Floyd or Roanoke as a group.
I enjoy playing guitar, studying history, reading, meditating, and learning about Divine Love.
