Jitvara Asmad Kartavya Ananda

Howdy! My name is Jitvara, and I am the Civil Engineering Advisor for the Hiranyagarbha Yuga Ashram. I am responsible for the planning and maintenance of our infrastructure so that we can grow to accommodate more residents and become more self-sufficient.

As a permanent resident at HYA, I am fortunate to live in a community that nurtures and bolsters one another in our growth towards wholeness and happiness. Just as I get to help in building the physical infrastructure that supports our physical lives, we all get to help each other in building the internal infrastructure that supports our spiritual lives.

I met Jnanda and the community in the Summer of 2023 and became a permanent resident in Fall 2024. I’ve got a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and currently work remotely as a structural engineer.

Much Love to you on your journey! Namaste’
